Monstera
Perhaps you know this plant by one of its other names, but whether you call it Monstera Deliciosa, the Swiss Cheese Plant or Split-Leaf Philodendron – it makes a brilliant office plant all the same.
This leafy plant is excellent for open offices due to its air-purifying properties. It can also reduce humidity thanks to its shady leaves which can make a real difference in a busy or crowded office.
Howea Forsteriana
The Howea Forsteriana or Kentia Palm is a slow-growing cousin of the Palm Tree, eventually growing up to 10m tall by 6m wide.
This Palm works well in the office thanks to its ability to tolerate some neglect, cooler temperatures and dry air conditions like air conditioning. No time to maintain the office plants? Living Wall
While it’s not one specific plant, a well-designed living wall installation is the perfect office addition thanks to its noise-reducing properties (is anyone else having trouble adjusting back to a noisy office?) When many dense plants are huddled together, they are excellent at reducing and dampening the noise you find working in an open-plan office.

Epipremnum Aureum
Sometimes known as Devil’s Ivy or Golden Pothos, this is a great plant for reducing humidity in the office. Requiring pretty full sun, the Pothos can be a fast-growing and rather tricky customer, but when well maintained, it’s a rather impressive addition to any shared working space.

Chlorophytum Comosum
